On behalf of Coach Joseph and myself, we hope you are all doing well. For some of you, you are finishing up your final year at DPMS. For others, you are wrapping your first, second, or third year at DPHS. As we begin to wind down the school year, and various sports seasons, we have begun preparing for the 2024 cross country season. Step one is for us to gather the names of all of you who are interested in participating on the team next school year. We'd like to gather names, emails, phone numbers, etc. as soon as possible. This helps us get our captains the names of the athletes they will be communicating with throughout the summer and next season.

Finally, as you will see on the form, there is a question regarding summer Speed & Strength. Both of us very strongly believe that a consistent speed and strength program is an essential part of our team not only getting stronger, but also working on mobility in order to lessen the likelihood of running-related injuries. We would love to see ALL of you at S&S all summer long.
